04-11-13 -- We're doing a lot of site updates right now and that can make things look squirrelly to you if your browser is loading a cached page instead of the fresh version.
To force your browser to load a fresh version of the page, hold down the shift key while clicking refresh/reload.

You can always check your order status and view correspondence by clicking Manage Account (in the main menu at left). If we can't reach you by email or phone, that's where we'll leave a message.
