I've added a lot of new information to the Square Jens Pind's Shop by Weave page including counts for most of the recommendations and photos of 22g and 24g square JPL (unspeakably gorgeous plus you won't believe how many inches of chain you can weave from a single troy ounce of rings).

I'd love for you to have a look at the new design for ring size recommendations. (When you see the little key picture, you'll know that's the new design.) Notice that the width of the chain has been added but also something called Flex. I finally thought of a way to express the flexibility of a chain with a figure so you can tell how flexible a chain will be even before we have a photo posted. Click the key for an explanation of how to read that number. And if you have time, please let me know what you think of the new style. Is there anything else I should add to the key's pop up? Do you have any questions when ring shopping that the pop up doesn't answer? Thanks for any guidance you can offer, it all makes the site better. :)

I've just created a new Shop by Weave page for Dragonscale but it needs more test data. If you've made Dragonscale with our rings, would you mind having a look at the new page and seeing what's there, then clicking the link for the Dragonscale Forum at the top of the page and adding your own test information? I'm size testing our specialty rings whenever I have some spare time so I'll be sharing little bits and pieces of information here as I get it, rather than waiting until I have all the test information for a given shape and weave combination.

This is a 3 ring flower, made with 14g/8.5mm diamond rings. It's so gorgeous with the way the rings fit together, that I wanted to show it to you right away. As it happens, that's the same ring size I used for the diamond Half Persian 4-in-1 so you might already have them. You can make 12 flowers with 1 ozt.

If you want to try it in some other gauge, just calculate the aspect ratio. Flowers are quite forgiving in that way so you don't have to get it exactly right. Have fun. *s*
